What VisitWell is: a planning and record-keeping tool for home health clinicians — routes, mileage, and pay tracking. It is free to use while we are getting started.

What it is not: medical software, an electronic medical record, tax advice, or legal advice. The mileage figures are records for you and your tax preparer; what is deductible is between the two of you and the IRS.

Your data, your responsibility. Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app deletes your records. The app offers encrypted backups — use them. We cannot recover data we never had.

No warranty. VisitWell is provided as-is. We work hard to make it accurate and dependable, but you should double-check anything that money depends on.
