VisitWell stores your data on your device. Your patient list, visits, earnings, mileage and documents live in your phone’s own storage. There is no VisitWell database of your records — we could not look at them if we wanted to.

No account is required and we collect no personal data from this website. No analytics, no trackers, no ads, no cookies.

The one exception, said plainly: building a route in the app sends patient addresses (never names) to free mapping services to draw the map and measure the drive. That is the entire list of what leaves the device.

Backups are yours. The app can export an encrypted backup file protected by a passphrase you choose. Nobody — including us — can open it without that passphrase.

Questions or deletion requests: visitwell1@gmail.com. Since your records are on your device, deleting them is in your hands — and so is backing them up first.
